"The staff was amazing, so helpful for information and things to do! They also even brought us to the train station in a cute little hotel car when our ride didn't show up! ! Loved the hotel and the location was perfect! The harbor and the reastaurants and shops are right outside your door! The only negative thing I have to say was that the carpet in our room either needed shampooing or replacing. Lost of stains from what looked like coffee. Everything else seemed very clean, so it was probably just stains that they couldn't get out. We got a standard room and it was very small. We brought too much luggage (2 carry on, one medium checked bag, and a couple smaller bags from buying gifts) so we were having to step over it to get to the bed. They have larger room options, but we just stopped there one night during our two week trip so we chose not to upgrade. Just thought that might be good info for people who haven't stayed here before."
