Located 6 km from the center of Cassino in a hilly, scenic area, 3 km from the small village of Cervaro, and 5 km from the small village of Sant'Elia Fiumerapido. The house has two levels: the kitchen and living room are on the first floor, and the three bedrooms with two bathrooms are on the upper floor. Surrounded by a simple, private garden, the house also features two small terraces attached to the bedrooms. There is a small outdoor gym. The property has a separate entrance. It’s a 30-minute drive to the beach in Formia, 40 minutes to Gaeta, and 50 minutes to Sperlonga. The cottage is ideal for quiet guests seeking relaxation.
