We stayed 4 days had booked 5 but an emergency came up had to leave early because we prepaid they refused any reimbursement. The driveway is badly rutted and can damage your car. Although the staff is excellent they offer the very same limited breakfast everyday. The door to the room was very hard to open and the facility very dated.

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. When w first walked in we were invited to enjoy some popcorn and cheese and cracker. Very nice. And the coffee was on and it was very good. She recommended a restaurant that also turned out to be very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Bed was very uncomfortable, the shower wall had what looked like black mold on one of the seams, the toilet was small and short, getting into the hotel was weird. Turned into the front of a car wash , the access. To the hotel was a washed out dirt lot. And I could not believe a multiple story building did not have an elevator.

I had a hiccup in my reservation and called to make sure that my accommodations were still available. They were unable to confirm my info and referred me to the "corporate 800 number". That number, according to the phone tree, is only used for new reservations. I called the hotel back, he acted like he couldn't hear me and hung up. I ended up calling all over to make a new reservation elsewhere.

They wont let anyone check in before 3, even if they have rooms ready. Disabled people have to sit in the parking lot for hours, the manager is only rude if you ask about it. Pet food was grinded into the carpet in the stairway, and was there for days, no atfempt to vacuum or anything.
