The staff was nice, BUT the bed was broken (the mattress tipped up when my husband sat on the corner). They gave us a different room, but the cold water shower knob didn't work At ALL! We had a bulb out in a lamp, a Kleenex on the floor, broken lamp knob, and the lamp shades were still wrapped with plastic from shipment.Also, the TV turned off when we ran the microwave. The beds were comfortable enough, but overall the hotel was a joke

The carpet throughout the hotel is filthy. There were only towels for 2 people ( we had 3 people) when we got to the room which was a late night arrival on Christmas Eve. The minute the air was turned on, we all began coughing and it continued thru the night. The shower was a trickle and most of the water came thru the faucet into the tub. It was welded that way. Usually Hampton Inns are pretty decent. The room we had at this hotel was not good!

Check in was pleasant enough and was given a room according to what I requested, bottom floor, etc. Went to the ice machine on downstairs floor......Broken! Was also broken last time I was there, so have to look for another, upstairs.. no out of order sign or telling where to find another machine. Went to shower, no conditioner left in the in shower dispenser.. shows lack of standards or enough care to reorder. Next day, room keys didn't work and was given an attitude by front desk person and not given TWO keys to replace the ones they didn't take the care to program for TWO nights in the first place. Breakfast used to be nice little omelets in either veggie or cheese, biscuits and good gravy, yogurt, various pastries in addition to just cereal and bread. This time, No biscuits, no gravy, no omelets...just dry , over hard eggs and tough, think sausage patties, no yogurt, just a few bagels instead of an assortment of pastries. Really, a LOT less for the same or more money than before . New owners ....Not going to be back.
