Its a great hotel located near a lot of restaurants. 5 hot tubs were great! The koi fish were fun to feed as well. Room was great and quiet. The only negative i would say is low water pressure on the room shower. Othwerwise awesome!

The room was not too clean,the dresser had coffee inside the drawer and was sticky. The desk chair had icing all over the arms and sofa looks nasty. Refrigerator was not cold and had the control locked. The wife got locked out on the balcony and could not get back in because the card reader wasn’t working properly.

Our stay was great, the staff was kind and helpful. We did not eat breakfast but it looked like a good spread. My kids LOVED feeding the fish. My one big complaint was the light on the fridge was so bright it kept us awake. I covered it with a towel but it was still bright - not sure why the manufacturer felt the need to put a lighthouse beacon on a mini fridge.

Do not stay here unless you are ok with noise. Yes, the pool and hot tubs are way cool, beautiful interior and nice rooms, some with an indoor balcony overlooking the main area. But we stayed a Saturday night and there were children running all around well after 11pm, outside our door and in the hallway above us. The pool closes at 11pm too, so there were people loud in the main area well past then too. There are no quiet hours posted, or enforced - I had contacted the front desk and nothing was done, I don’t think asking other people to be respectful is unreasonable, especially so late. The staff were nice at check in/out.
