Magnificent home; wonderful hosts.
A local taxi driver, who was unfamiliar with the home, summarized it well when he took his first look and simply said: “Nice”. The rooms were large and comfortable, well furnished and had absolutely stunning views of the community and bay. Family grounds surrounding the home had extensive gardens (4 tiers) which were both beautiful and a pleasure to walk. The beans, basil, and tomatoes freshly picked by our hosts were a pleasant surprise and a fine addition to several meals. Our hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful. A second kitchen and dining area, both outdoors, were delightful additions as well. Being wIthin a few miles of the major attractions (Pompei, Vesuvius, Herculaneum, and Capri enhanced the experience for all ten members of our family. Should any of us return to that area we would certainly stay there again.
