Disliked: Cleanliness
As the extensive transcripts will show, I booked a space that was misrepresented and inadequate. Upon contacting customer service, I was forced to endure multiple days and phone calls/emails to remedy and resolve only to then be misled about the VRBOcares program as well. I will not use VRBO again or any of its affiliates.
