Très belle maison , spacieuse , parfaite pour 9 personnes , très propre, très bien équipée, avec un emplacement parfait que se soit pour les visites ( Florence, Pise, Sienne) ou pour les plages

schönes Toscana-Haus, parkartiger Garten

Grosses Toscana-Haus mit einem schönen, gepflegten, sehr großen, parkartigen Garten. Sitzen zum Frühstück und Abendessen im Garten gut möglich und sehr "toskanisch". Glatt betonierter Tennisplatz direkt davor. Basketball-Korb ebenfalls vorhanden. Sehr gut ist auch das große, eigens eingerichtete Billard-Zimmer. Chemie gegen Mücken gehört draußen notwendigerweise dazu. Die Zimmer sind mit Mückengittern ausgestattet! Etwas Rauschen von den in mittlerer Entfernung vorbeiziehenden Verkehrsstraßen ist am Tage immer zu hören, nachts weniger. Das vmtl. über einen eigen Brunnen geförderte Haus- und Trinkwasser ist ziemlich eisenhaltig -- etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig beim Kaffee u. Zähneputzen. Kein W-LAN vorhanden. Auch nach mehrfachem Suchlauf kein deutschsprachiger Fernsehsender verfügbar. Das muss man wollen oder bewusst in Kauf nehmen. Der Service bei Ankunft und Abreise war sehr freundlich, aber sprachlich schwierig, eine Verständigung in Deutsch ist nicht möglich. Wir können alle sehr gut englisch und etwas italienisch. Wer das Italienische gut beherrscht, ist hier klar im Vorteil. Für Urlauber, die in diese Region wollen, ist ein schöner, angenehmer, im Sommer italienisch heißer Aufenthalt zu erwarten! Bewertung insgesamt gut bis sehr gut. Henrik
