A localização não é ruim, mas o entorno da propriedade assusta. O banheiro estava sujo, com muito cabelo no chão e nos ralos. Cesto de lixo cheio tando do banheiro quanto da cozinha. Estava organizado, mas a limpeza deixou a desejar.
