A simple and authentic attic at the foot of the cable car to Pian delle Betulle, designed for those who spend their days on trails, hikes and mountain views and are looking for a practical and welcoming base to rest. The atmosphere is that of a true alpine retreat: basic, informal and without frills, perfect for groups of friends and nature lovers.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a building. The elevator goes almost as far as the apartment, but the last flight of stairs must be walked. The spaces are organized in a single open space with attic ceilings and variable heights, typical of mountain houses.
At the entrance is the kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. From here you can access a pleasant panoramic terrace, ideal for an outdoor breakfast or to relax after a day of hiking. Next to the kitchen there is an area with two single beds, while the central part of the attic houses the living area with a large dining table, TV and a large sofa that can be converted into two additional beds. Under the lowest part of the roof there are other single beds, inserted in the characteristic spaces of the attic.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet.
Although we can accommodate more people, we prefer to offer accommodation for a maximum of 5 guests, so as to guarantee a more comfortable stay considering the spaces collected and the presence of only one bathroom.
The location is particularly appreciated by those who want to explore the mountains: the cable car to Pian delle Betulle is in the immediate vicinity and offers access to wonderful hiking trails. In addition, in about 30 minutes by car you can reach Lake Como, making this attic a strategic base for discovering both the mountains of Valsassina and the villages and landscapes of the lake.
The apartment does not have a private parking space, but in the immediate vicinity there are several free public parking spaces and, normally, finding a place is not a problem.
This is an accommodation with a genuine and slightly spartan character, where the charm derives more from the atmosphere and location than from luxury.
