J’avais rĂ©servĂ© du 10 au 24 aoĂ»t un appartement au Blue Lagon Alcazaba Casares pour ma famille de 5 personnes (avec enfants).À notre arrivĂ©e, aprĂšs un long voyage, aucune personne de contact sur place. Le numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone fourni pour joindre l’hĂŽte Ă©tait erronĂ© : il appartenait Ă  une dame qui m’a expliquĂ© qu’elle avait gĂ©rĂ© ce logement il y a plus de 7 ou 8 ans, mais qu’elle n’avait plus aucun lien avec celui-ci.J’ai donc dĂ» contacter plusieurs fois Abritel (VRBO) pour signaler le problĂšme. AprĂšs 3 jours d’incertitude et de stress, la rĂ©servation a finalement Ă©tĂ© annulĂ©e et remboursĂ©e. Mais entre-temps, je me suis retrouvĂ© avec ma famille sans logement en pleine haute saison du mois d’aoĂ»t.J’ai dĂ» chercher en urgence des hĂ©bergements disponibles, en rĂ©servant quelques nuits ici et lĂ , ce qui nous a coĂ»tĂ© plus de 1000 supplĂ©mentaires par rapport au budget prĂ©vu, sans compter la perte de temps, l’inconfort et le stress Ă©norme pour toute la famille.
