Wristband Policy for Rentals and Visitors



Wristbands are provided to rental guests in accordance with the number of occupants registered per apartment. These allow access to shared amenities including the Crystal Lagoon, pools, gym, and communal areas.



Please note:

•Visitors or non-registered guests must purchase a separate wristband to access shared facilities.

• The cost for a visitor wristband is $60 per day per person.

•Access and pricing may vary depending on the type of wristband issued & season, please inform through contacting Alcazaba.

•Resident-only services (such as designated sunbeds) are not included in rental or visitor access.

Conveniently located just 3 kilometers from the nearest bus station and major supermarkets such as Mercadona and Aldi, the property ensures easy access to essential services.



Within a short 4-kilometer drive, guests can reach the beautiful sandy beaches of Estepona, as well as the vibrant town center, known for its traditional Spanish charm, local shops, and a wide variety of restaurants in the historic old town.

PRIVACY & SECURITY



The apartment is fitted with a pre-installed alarm system. The alarm is not activated by default, but for guests seeking additional privacy, visual covers can be provided upon request.



SECURITY DEPOSIT



A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required at check-in.

This will be held via credit card pre-authorization and returned after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
