Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Arrogant owner. Never got access to the room.

We called the owner upon arrival as it was recommended, who hanged up without trying to understand the situation or help. When a local man stopped to help us and called the owner in local language he mentioned he had not gotten the information and didn t try to help of suggest a solution. We ended up booking another room in another hotel. Very frustrating experience

Nice place to stay, spacious and well decorated. Adam the manager is highly responsive and responsible for the guests, we got a lot of help getting around the city. Thanks v much Adam.
