A great atmosphere, staff were warm and friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome on arrival. The property was unique and exactly what we were after, rather than more modern hotels. Great hotel for the money

For the price, this was a great hotel. Non smoking facility (just putting that in as it was unclear to me when I booked it). Bed really comfy, I slept so well. Breakfast great, and the staff were absolutely lovely. Really nice hotel. Very close to Casa port train station so easy to get to and from airport, and two tram lines in a couple of minutes walk.

Good value, nice to have a welcome tea and treat. The reception area was very beautifully decorated in a traditional style. Basic but comfortable rooms. Very helpful front desk staff. A great location to get to the train for the airport and the tram, restaurants, and Medina.
