The hotel refused to give me room unless l pay additional 400 dirham as local tax. The local tax is 90 dirham but 400 dirham was demanded, it took much argument before the manager collected 180 dirham and gave me a room. I requested for a receipt and I was told that no receipt will be given, the manager only wrote on a piece of paper. I reported to hotel.com through whom l booked the hotel at £415, the hotel.com is irresponsible and did not contact the hotel, they did not read my mail because their response is different from my complaint. I complained of an extra charge and hotel.com replied that they are considering my request for a waiver of penalty. Hotel.com and HOTEL BEL ANFA, CASABLANCA are rogues.

The hotel was full even if we had booked and paid 6 weeks before. At 3 am they sent us on foot to another hotel of the same group that stank of cigarettes, was dirty and had no hot water
