It is an ideal location for those seeking nature, peace, and a chance to unplug, without being too far from Málaga (about a 35-minute drive away).

The surrounding area offers trails for walking or cycling, opportunities to observe local flora and fauna, and the chance to enjoy one of the house's highlights: its sunset views. At night, the rural setting allows you to admire the sky and stars, far removed from the urban environment.

Casabermeja and Colmenar are approximately a 15-minute drive away, offering restaurants, bars, local cuisine, and shops. The location also allows for day trips to various parts of Málaga and Andalusia:

To avoid surprises and help you prepare for your stay, we recommend reviewing the following points before booking:

- Guest registration: prior to arrival, a copy of the national ID card, passport, or other identification document for all guests must be submitted to complete the traveler registration process.

- Contract and security deposit: a rental contract is signed upon arrival, and a security deposit of €280 per stay is required, regardless of the number of guests.

- Electricity consumption: a maximum daily consumption of 50 kWh is included. Usage exceeding this amount incurs an additional charge of €0.25 per kWh.

- Winter heating: from November to March, 8 hours of central heating per day are included. Additional hours cost €5 per hour. All bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning units featuring heat pumps for temperature control.

- Rural access: the final 1.5 km to the property is via an unpaved rural track. We recommend considering this before booking and having a car available during your stay.

- Waste disposal: guests are required to dispose of any trash generated during their stay in the nearest public waste containers.

- Swimming pool: available exclusively from May 1st to September 30th.

- Fireplace and firewood: bags of firewood for the living room fireplace are available for €7 each. You need to request them in advance so they can be prepared for you.
