Everything was great, from checking in to the check out process everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was perfect with everything being super clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place anytime.

Breakfast was limited. Toaster never toasted only heated, breads hedged towards stale because the doors to bread holder didn’t close properly. Don’t head down at 8:45am if breakfast ends at 9 because nothing is restocked.
The rooms felt more dormitory style than hotel. It is definitely a bare minimum hotel. However, I did appreciate the number of outlets that were in the room. If you’re looking to just chill out in the room after a long day, bring a book because the tv channel selection is very limited. Half of them say that particular channel is off line.
Did the hotel serve its purpose? Yes
Would I stay at a Tru hotel again? Probably not
I will say that the bed was extremely comfortable and there were sufficient towels available. They do offer shampoo and conditioner and body wash (which had a very pleasant scent)

Good service, shower need to be cleaned better, needs microwave in the rooms, breakfast was great.
Good location and staff was very friendly.
Buffet Breakfast could use some work, each day options were out and the buffet had only been open for 40 plus minutes. The attendant did not refill often and I had to ask about refills on juice, pancake mix, muffins and biscuits on 4 of the 5 days we were there.
The entire room felt cheap. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. It felt like a dorm room. For the price, this does not hold up to what I expect from the Hilton brand. Trying too hard to be trendy and cool but losing track of the main goal, a comfortable night’s rest.
The location was convenient and felt safe, but no amenities nearby.
Front desk registration good. 4 pillows with no firm. Sleep on side & head would go straight to mattress. We both slept little & ready to leave around 2 am. Shower in handicapped room, which was not required, the water ran to hallway door instead of drain & was a big mess. No coffee pot in room? Went down at 4:30 am & no coffee made down there either! The room overall didn’t feel or smell that fresh clean smell. Won’t go back. Note: we enjoyed Hilton in the past but used Tru Hilton because of pet that cost extra $50.
