Gîte de Ricadet - Cartelegue

In the heart of northern Gironde, about ten kilometers from Blaye and its Vauban citadel, we invite you to stay in a warm and welcoming setting at this property with its large green space, located in a hamlet near the RD252. The gîte is housed in a fully renovated old stone house, situated near the owners' residence and two other gîtes. The ground floor comprises a spacious living area with a dining room and lounge (wood-burning stove) opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room with a large shower, a separate WC, and a third bedroom with a sloping ceiling upstairs. For relaxing on sunny days, you will have access to a private garden area and a covered terrace with a barbecue adjoining the kitchen. A shared recreation area for the three cottages is located near the cottage, featuring a swing, a pétanque court (right of way in front of the cottage), and a shared ping-pong table. Bed linen and towels can be rented, and an end-of-stay cleaning service is available as an option. The main room has reversible air conditioning, and the other rooms have electric radiators. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available in the cottage. A spa is available for an additional fee and can be reserved with the owners (one-hour package for 5 people: €50). For security, cameras are present on the property. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, a daily allowance of 8 kWh of electricity.
