Precioso apartamento, muy bien comunicado y muy cerca del Puerto Deportivo de la Manga, (zona de las más ambientadas de la Manga). La playa del Estacio está a unos metros y dispone de tres piscinas y pista de tenis en urbanización. Planta cuarta con ascensor. Dispone de mobiliario recién renovado y una terraza espaciosa con buenas vistas. El bus para en la misma fachada del edificio. En los alrededores hay terrazas, restaurantes, pastelería, heladería y chiringuitos en la playa del Esparto y en la del Estacio. Está equipado con mini lavavajillas y lavadora, microondas, cafetera, plancha, secador... etc.
