Unclean walkways need power wash, covers falling off AC fixtures outside room. bathroom shower faucet stuck closed, cover for toilet was broken in half, toilet not surprising loose when sat on, crumbs of food and dust in corner by the bed. Affordable, but at why cost ...one must ask

We arrived at 1 AM. When you get to the property you have to call someone via telephone. I waited a while for someone to get there. Besides the wait, the guy that helped me out was not nice. I had a question for him and sighed. I understand it’s late at night but customer service is very important for me. When, we get to the room, it’s dusty, smells like cigarettes, it was not clean. I didn’t feel safe there. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms had an extremely bad odor a mixture of cigarettes and mold. Don’t stay at this property, we walked in the room and immediately asked for a refund. The gentleman at the reception I must say was extremely polite , nice and professional, he suggested a different room but we just couldn’t bear the smell of cigarettes and mold. I’m surprised not too many people mentions the smell of mold in the reception it’s almost unbearable. I hope the owner does something about it.
