When my husband and I made the reservation we weren't able to request a disabled room. So when we arrived we asked the desk clerk if we could get one, due to my being an amputee. The desk clerk was VERY helpful and put us in the last disabled room they had.

Tweaker above me all night long stomping all over! Bed bugs! Swimming pool can’t be used! Most of the staff is very nice, minus one who was apparently very inconvenienced by having to get towels for the room. Also, found a bed bug! Rooms are half ass cleaned. I will not be back!

There were ants all over the room, and especially in tbe bathroom areas. They got into my toiletries and food as well. I paid $360 for 3 days and believe I should have received better. What is tbe process I go through in order to receive some type of compensation. Regards
