The room was clean. The bed was a little stiff for my preference, but the sheets were nice with four pillows of different stiffness‘s.The toilet was short in height and the paper was rough and small like not the normal size you find most places. The window covering is not a blackout curtain. The particular room I was in had every amenity someone could want on vacation, refrigerator microwave stove second sink TV Phone air-conditioning. The check-in staff were pretty nice. The woman working the counter on the a.m. shift woke me at 7am with her laughter because my room was on the first floor 40 feet from the front desk. I heard no one else my entire stay, but that one employee. Personally, I would not stay here again. I might also add when I exited my room that loud employee quickly hid something behind her back and looked mortified as I walked past her. A few hours later outside as I walk by her she was using foul language to talk to another associate about a neighboring town. I think if I would have been on any other floor, my stay would have been great. Lots of parking and easy freeway access.

I love this place and always stay here when I can traveling to Carson City. Wonderful service from the staff, in particular Courtney, who always greets me by name makes you feel like more than a number. Room amenities include: Full fridge, microwave & stove top for cooking.

The front desk clerk, Courtney, greeted me, was very friendly, attentive, and overall great to work with. The room was very spacious allowing for my husband's electric wheelchair (we did book the mobility room) and was very clean. The kitchenette area was great & included a full size fridge with freezer that had an ice maker. We had our service dog with us and the area around the hotel was great to walk her, was well lit,& I felt very safe at night. We will stay here again

There are zero kitchen items besides soap, coffee pot and paper towels. Not even a sponge. Our lady at check-in was s very nice and very helpful! The staff when we left at 10:45, not so much. Love that there was 24 hour coffee, the bathrooms are very nice and he’d cozy. They need a change machine in the laundry area. I was told I would have to go two blocks to the car wash to get quarters.
