We love this place. It's not fancy, don't expect amazing amenities. But it is very clean and quiet here, and so convenient! Gardnerville has slowly become one of our favorite places to hang out. There are GOOD people here and the vibe is so comfortable. Right across the street from JT Basque - don't miss out on that!

Very clean and so cozy in the room. The staff was so friendly! Met the manager and talked with her in the lobby for twenty minutes while she made fresh coffee. Quiet and pet friendly. Would stay here again and again!

Very nice stay. No complaints. Basic room but clean, spacious and had all the basics. Very accommodating to bring dogs. As dog travelers know there’s an additional $40/ per dog fee on check in. There’s a great park right across the street for easy dog potty runs.

This is a no-frills rustic hotel that does not offer a lot as far as amazing amenities, but the staff is always amazing, the rooms are clean and fairly quiet and the location is fantastic as it is right on main street in Gardnerville, and next to Heritage Park. The rooms have air conditioning and basic necessities, and there is coffee every morning in the lobby. parking is easy. We stay here regularly and will be back.

Room was clean and organized. Lights were very bright for the areas. Too bright of a white. And the bathroom fan was extremely loud when on without an option to turn it off with turning off the light. Other than that. The hotel was great and very close to food and entertainment as well as the main hwy.
