Brought my 2 years old here for the weekend. Our room smelled like wxxd it was so bad that the smell come right straight into my face when i opened the door. And...then i get downgraded... I booked a suite but got a queen bed room wear my wife and I had to eat dinner in the restroom......

Door to room had been damaged with indications that it had been forced open. I took pictures. When I discussed this with the General Manager in the morning he said they had to break in to the room before he was the manager. I thought it should have been fixed before I stayed there. He offered no compensation even though I told him the door damage interfered with my sleep. So much for the 100 per cent guarantee. Worthless.

One of the staff members canceled our reservation after the first night and when we came back from the pool, our key did not open the room and the staff could not help us. They had to call the manager to come from home to solve it. He apologized and fixed it but after 30-45 min we are waiting and dripping water from the pool in the lobby. Not a great experience
