It is perfect for our animal friends with its fenced land on the small municipal road. The 8m/4m swimming pool and 1.5m deep will delight you with its calm and bucolic setting. It is secured by a roller shutter.
Very well located in the heart of the small town of Carsac, the house is a 10-minute walk from the town centre where all the shops necessary for daily needs are located. A 10-minute walk also from the banks of the Dordogne, a leisure centre with canoe rental and pretty sandstone cliff. For cycling enthusiasts, the greenway of the Dordogne valley passes through Carsac and its water gardens to visit.
The PĂ©rigord Noir will charm you with its lush nature, its breathtaking heritage, its many prehistoric sites (Lascaux, Montignac, Les Eyzies...) and the unmissable Gouffre de Padirac.
