Our first room had small glass shards in carpet,which I cut my foot on, false eyelashes in toilet from previous guest and hair on toilet. Sheets and curtains were stained. We requested room change after I cut my foot. Second room black crude( possibly mold) in bathroom, toilet near seat attachments also gross, stained comforter, overall just dirty and dingy feeling. Pillows are less than desirable. Front desk staff is nice enough. In my opinion the house keeper was the most pleasant. We didn't eat breakfast but walked in for coffee around 7a.m both Saturday and Sunday . It was clean, well stocked, and options available looked good. Staff member managing that area seemed pleasant as well. The elevator, second, and third floor lobby have a strong smell of smoke. Side entrance door was inoperable air-conditioning/ heat was fine. Unfortunately we won't stay again and we won't recommend.

Despite the reviews, this comfort Inn is filthy. The lobby and the dining area had dirt on the floor, no toilet paper in the lobby bathroom. Our shower was old with dirt still on the floor.

The check-in employee was nice. The area felt safe. However, the hotel had a musty wet smell. The elevator was down so we had to use the stairs. The room was very hot when we entered. The air was off and it took a while to cool down the room which was frustrating because we arrived at 11PM and just wanted to sleep. There was mildew on the edges of the shower/tub. We went to the hotel breakfast the next morning and it was clean but very much basic hotel breakfast.

Birthday

I was not pleased that elevator was out of order and the front desk person did not know when it would be repaired. I was able to get a ground floor room but this not good impression. The breakfast foods were not even warm, I do not know if the heat on but eggs were cold. I was visiting to celebrate my birthday with family, so the room served purpose it was near my family. I really doubt I will come back. The area was very tricky and unsafe to maneuver out of area.

My husband and I booked a handicap accessible suite. When we arrived we were informed that their elevator was broken so we couldn't access our room. He wasn't going to offer another room until we asked and instead of charging us the room difference rate, which was a double bed room, not a suite, we found out that he charged us the same price as the store. When we called to have this fixed we were met with refusal. The "roll in shower " was covered in black mold, tiles were broken and jagged, the shower chair was dirty and disgusting. When we asked for accommodation we were met with sarvastic commemts. Even when my husband went to ask for ice one night, the manager replied " oh sorry no ice. It on the second floor." So my husbands response was " I know. And you've completely inconvenienced us so you are going to go get it for me." If we keep having horribke experiences, we will not use expedia or anyone associated with it.
