I will never use Hotels.com or stay in a Comfort Inn ever again. I book a king bed, Handicapped accessible room for my wife and I. We got a handicapped roon with a queen bed. I initially booked for Saturday night, but found out that i needed Friday night instead. Hotels .com advised I cancel the room and rebook and they would try to get me a refund. I did these things on Wednesday night. Plenty of time for them to rebook the room. In the end, i I paid over $200 for an inferior room. We used this Comfort Inn in the past due to proximity to family. There are plenty of hotels in the area. We will not use the Comfort Inn ever again because they ultimately had the power to refund my money. Did i mention it was a handicap accessible room because Im handicapped. I guess its easy to steal $100 plus from a handicapped person.
