The resort was great, the room was very neat and clean. The oniy thing we didnt live was when we asked for more towels we we told no that we could do laundry (which is true), and we had to clean any dishes and take our garbage out before leaving at a very specific checkout time. Overall the property and room was great and I would stay again!

Gorgeous and spacious! Love the pickleball courts and the room with the view of the water. For some reason they don't give out the code for the entry gate when they email the unit door code, which is annoying. Regular coffee pot, nothing fancy. Enjoyed the stay, this was our 2nd time.

Very clean. You get your own private Villa with a kitchenette in it. Very quiet and comfortable. Comes with a washer and dryer. Perfect for a getaway. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival the rooms were extremely dirty the floors were full of sand. There bedding sheets look like they were not cleaned. The showers had mold growing on curtains. We were not able to sit outside due to the extreme amount of bugs.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at St. James Bay. The property itself was very clean, and my husband and son really enjoyed the golf course. The pool was also a great amenity. Unfortunately, we did have some housekeeping issues. We arrived around midnight, and the flat sheet on the bed had a very unpleasant odor. The next morning, I also found dirty footprints and hair in the shower. I contacted the pro shop, and they said someone would come by to clean the bathroom and replace the sheet, but no one ever came. The property has a lot to offer, but the cleanliness of our unit and the lack of follow-up after reporting the issue were disappointing. I did speak to Sabrina yesterday morning and told her my experience and at that point wanted to send housekeeping and it was pointless after my husband cleaned and we were checking out early this morning.
