Great staff! Lisa helped us with some issues the morning after check in, and the rest of our stay was pleasant. St. James Bay is always a nice place to stay!

La propiedad es muy linda y tranquila pero las habitaciones están descuidadas, tuve que lavar mis sabanas antes de domingo porque visiblemente se veía que no fueron cambiadas, cuadros y alfombras metidas en los closet, gabinetes con bisagras safados, es una lástima que no tenga buena limpieza y organización porque son habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas y el precio super.

The only down side we found several roaches in our apartment and the pool in the apartment side needs some major renovation. The other pool by the restaurant is amazing and the staff and the restaurant it’s amazing.

My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in Carrabelle, the Villa we stayed in as well the grounds in general were clean and very well kept up. The most memorable thing of the trip would be the staff, the restaurant manager and the server during the days we were there made us feel like we have known them for years.

Great stay not so great gold

The stay was great, we stayed in one of the condos and not many complaints there. There were a few small things if you wanted to nit pick but I don’t expect perfection. Only real complaint would be of the golfing experience. For $100 per person I would have expected a little better. Greens were great but tee boxes and most of the fairway was little more than dirt. We were also one of the few people on the course but still found ourselves being held up by workers who seemed to not care that they were holding us up with no one behind us.

The area around the resort is beautiful. it was Sunday, was supposed to have breakfast in the restaurant per its menu in the room, but it was not available. The room was not clean, but the sheets and towels were good.
