With a capacity of 12 people - 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms - the villa is perfect for families and groups of friends.
The living room and dining room open onto a large terrace of approximately 100 m² with a large swimming pool and a shaded dining area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture for an aperitif.
On this level, there is also a fitted kitchen with a wine cellar, a bedroom with a sea view and its private bathroom, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.
Opposite the swimming pool, an independent studio with sea and swimming pool view, consisting of a bedroom, private bathroom and toilet.
On the upper floor, there is a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds as well as a second sea view bedroom with a double bed and private shower and toilet.
On the garden level there are also two double bedrooms with their private bathrooms and private terrace access.
