We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and felt very private. The host was very responsive when we needed a couple extra towels. We really took advantage of the two outdoor sitting areas. This rental is in a fantastic area between Carpinteria and Santa Barbara. We would stay here again for sure!

Great stay near Santa Barbara

The property was exactly as it was listed. The guest house was quaint and well kept. We had an issue with the WiFi but the host was very responsive and resetting the modem while we were out for dinner. We had a few ants that made their way into the property but the owner pointed us to some bug spray and we resolved that issue fairly quickly.

The location is incredible and the grounds are beautiful. The guest house was secluded and private with a personal parking space that was so nice. The full kitchen with all of the utensils was a blessing. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the swivel tv made everything feel like at home. The patio space was so stunning in the cool mornings to read and eat breakfast. The location is great and within 20 minutes of the wharf and downtown santa Barbra as well as the mountains. Christopher was so kind! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back in the future. Would highly recommend!
