Villa Butticchio is an independent villa situated in the tranquility of the small village of Serranova, a district of Carovigno. Located in the Torre Guaceto reserve, it offers a charming retreat away from the everyday noise, suitable for those who want to enjoy a vacation immersed in peace and tranquility. During spring or hot summer days, it's possible to take walks or bike rides along country roads rich with olive groves and pristine nature.
The property features a spacious garden, a private swimming pool exclusively for guests' use with an adjoining sunbathing area, private parking, barbecue area, and high-speed WiFi. The interiors are well-maintained and tastefully furnished. The house is divided into two apartments, each capable of accommodating up to 6 people. The apartments are equipped with kitchens with stoves, refrigerators, dining areas, and adjoining living rooms with TVs. Additionally, there are large bathrooms and spacious bedrooms.
Villa Butticchio was born from the idea of redeveloping the structure, built in the 1940s under the reform law, to create a situation where the beauty of the area could provide moments of relaxation for all guests.
