Tenuta Placella is an olive grove boasting ancient trees from which we produce extra virgin olive oil. Nestled within, there's also a citrus orchard, figs, and various fruit trees, along with a quaint pine grove featuring hammocks, expansive green lawns, a structure equipped with a wood-fired oven and barbecue, and a swimming pool operational from April to October. The property is ideal for 2 or 3 families as it accommodates up to 12 guests, with 8 sleeping spaces in the bedrooms and 4 additional spots on sofa beds or extra beds. The villa comprises 4 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 of which are en suite: two en suite bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while on the ground floor, there are two more spacious bedrooms, one with an adjacent bathroom, and the other with an en suite. Additionally, there's another communal bathroom, a cozy lounge, and a larger one with a fireplace where everyone can dine together. Both lounges feature sofa beds to accommodate 4 more guests. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning and an alarm system. The estate spans 9000 square meters, entirely fenced, with ample indoor and outdoor communal spaces. A sixth bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers is situated in the pool area.
