BEAUTIFUL RENOVATED SHEPHERD HOUSE, in the middle of the Olive Trees, near OSTUNI, 1-3 Persons, so called LAMIA

This new, very cozy, and modernized shepherd's house (built in 2022) in typical Apulian style near Carovigno (2 km) and Ostuni (7 km) is 35 sq m with a bathroom and can accommodate a maximum of 3 people (2 adults and one child). It is an absolute oasis of peace on 7,000 sq m of land!

The accommodation has two beautiful and spacious terraces (40 and 80 sq m), surrounded by olive trees, fig trees, almond trees, and orange trees. There is no swimmingpool.

It is located 7 km from Ostuni and 9 km (12 minutes) from the Adriatic Sea, Torre Santa Sabina, an ideal setting for couples and families by the sea.
The renovated new shepherd's house features air conditioning and heating, garden furniture, an outdoor kitchen with two electric hotplates, a refrigerator and freezer for cooking, and a barbecue.
A villa (another house) with a private pool is also available for rent 70 meters away and can accommodate 6 people.

The entire complex is monitored by a private police station in Carovigno, called 'La Volante', whose headquarters are located 2 km from the complex. If You take off the alarmsystem, when you are in or around the house, all the cameras are shot down.

It's a 10 minute drive to Ostuni and a 10 to 12 minutes drive to the sea via Carovigno to Torre Santa Sabina. The beaches in Torre Santa Sabina are very beautiful, sandy or rocky, and not far from Torre Guaceto, a nature reserve, where you can swim like in mineral water.
You can take very interesting excursions, for example (to the beautiful old towns of) Lecce, Ostuni, Monopoli, Oria, Cisternino, Locorontodo, and Alberobello (which have authentic old town centers), or, of course, explore the fabulous beaches near Otranto.
By the way, "Carovigno" means "dear vine"! The renowned "Primitivo" (a grape variety originally from Croatia) is grown nearby in Manduria in the Apulia region.
