I'll be honest.. we have stayed at allot of places and this is the worst.. the room had not been cleaned at all when we arrived… the pool closes at sunset??? So we couldn’t swim in the evening.. Because of insurance supposedly.. there was allot of broken stuff in the condo.. it was supposed to be for ten people and there were only four seats (2 of which are high bar stools) that can not be used for the table..and the table was small and we planned on sitting together for dinner and wanted to play games together and didn’t get to do either. The refrigerator wouldn’t cool.. someone did come out, but it still never worked properly..the bathroom shower didn’t work properly.. the handle to the door kept falling off.. Our bedroom door wouldn’t shut properly.. there were huge water bugs in the condo and beside the stove was trash all down In there.. they left no parking passes for us.. we didn’t get answers about the storage area and other questions we had.. for the price we paid we would expect things to be different and expected better.. We asked a question and it couldn’t even be answered in a timely manner. It was almost like it was AI when they did reply.. we were not very pleased with our overall experience..
