This 3BR/3.5BA townhouse is a coastal charmer, perfect for exploring the best of Carolina Beach! Walk just steps to the beach, or make the short stroll to nearby Carolina Lake. Highlights include three ocean-facing balconies, stunning waterfront views, sparkling appliances, and an outdoor shower.

Shops and dining options are within a short walk. Attractions and downtown riverfront activities are 15 miles away in downtown Wilmington.

LIVING AREA

After a fun-filled beach day, relax in the open living area, furnished with a plush sectional and an armchair. Kick back and watch shows on the 60 4K smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up breakfast in the upscale kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for three. When its time to eat, gather at the table set for six.

Really nice condo will all the amenities you could need for a short or long stay. The convenience to the beach was a real plus. Loved having plenty of sheets and linens that smelled lovely. The pillows, were too hard for my taste, it would be nice to have some allergy pillow protectors and also some larger and softer pillows as options to use.Thanks for the great stay - we hope to return.

Plenty of space!

The house is beautiful. When you enter the home, you immediately walk up about 15 stairs to the second floor. The Kitchen, living area (with a balcony), half bath, laundry room are on this floor. Up another flight of stairs, are two more bedrooms. One with bunk beds and a full bath. The other with a queen bed, full bath, and balcony. Up another flight of stairs is the third bedroom (queen bed) with a full bath and balcony. I watch the sunrise from my balcony several mornings. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom makes this rental perfect for an extended family.

Great spot close to everything. Parking can be an izzue if you have more than 1 vehicle or a large truck..do some research on parking lots and passes, its worth it.

It was nice

The unit was very nice, did not like the location on that street!!! The neighbors that owed there units were very noisy!!! Had problems with the dishwasher and the TV in the bedrooms!!! Had to get maintenance to come fix it!! But our trip was nice!!!

The property is very close to the beach/ocean. It was not as clean as I would have liked. It could definitely use some updates. Overall, we had a good stay there and it was very easy to get to the beach.

Nice place…needs more attention in the off season

Great location, great view…needs more attention in the off season. Would come again in the summer maybe. There was beach restoration going on right outside our unit so the beach access was blocked at times. The construction vehicles and lights from the project were loud and kept some people up. This was very frustrating and we weren’t told about it prior to renting. The listing online of amenities was not accurate. The beach tents they provided were broken, one of the walk in showers didn’t have a shower curtain (which they did bring to me btw when I requested it) and the upstairs Tv didn’t work.

Beach Vacation

The townhouse was very nice, modern and clean. Wonderful ocean view from living room, second floor bedroom and third floor bedroom! Easy access to beach a few steps away and a several stores/eateries and outdoor seating nearby. Easy walk to Carolina Lake for a nice stroll.
