If you're looking for the perfect beach getaway, you've found it with this oceanfront condo in the heart of Carolina Beach. Fully remodeled in March 2022, this bright space boasts ocean views throughout the entire home. The modern, open layout is perfect for connecting with family and friends. After morning coffee on the balcony, you can easily whip up some breakfast in the updated kitchen and dine together at the breakfast bar.

When it's time to head out, you're steps away from the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The community pool is open from April 15 – October 15 and there's a foosball table in the common space as well. End the day in the cozy living room with a little TV. Can't agree on what to watch? No problem – each bedroom has a TV as well, and all feature free cable. Extra perks include high-speed WiFi, central AC, and a private washer/dryer.

The condo is small but furnished to accommodate the space. I was able to get in touch with property managers within minutes, as needed. This place is RIGHT over the pool so privacy is scant.

Got car booted for pass falling on dash

Awesome location close enough to walk to many stores, restaurants and boardwalk. The housekeeping did a terrible job and did not even dry towels but left them wet in the dryer and did not make one bed. Had to call property manager for sheets and spent 2 hours on my vacation cleaning because our feet were black just walking for a few minutes barefoot when we first arrived. The parking garage is very tight and very few spaces. Our car was booted second night there because the parking pass was not properly displayed. It fell off and was on dash. When I call the towing company who is contracted through the H O a I was told he saw the parking pass but it was not properly displayed and would not cut me a break and charge us $200. Very crooked practice! Towing website had several complaints listed because of similar incidents or they were returning parking passes to the condo unit when they were checking out and got booted in less than five minutes. Also, my car was the only one booted and I fell it was because I was out of state because several local state license plates did not have parking passes visible and they were not booted even when I brought it to the tow owners attention. Master bedroom needs curtains to block out street lights and the bar across the street prevented anyone sleeping before midnight due to nightly bands. The entrance gate was very loud and could be heard at all hours. We did have a good time due to the property management agency being wonderful and reimbursed us towing and cleaning fees. Would book with them again just not this condo due to ridiculous parking pass guidelines and fears of getting a boot again.

Mother daughter trip

This was the first trip since finishing Cancer treatment. The place was exactly what we wanted. We spent time on the beach and shopped around Wilmington.
