The screen doors don't work well very poor you have mold on the Bay window in the dining room. The curtain, thank you the balcony door the rods are all bent up the hallway door entry on the outside the light bulb turned out and when it's at night time you can't See the keypad to get into the condo.I told management about the light never got fixed. We had to use a flashlight to see key pad

Other than a bit of confusion about parking passes upon arrival, the stay was great. Bathrooms are a bit dated, but not bad, other than the phone booth sized shower in second bathroom.View was fantastic from balcony and from the dining room table!!Beds were comfy, towels and linens provided were clean and comfy. We would definitely stay again.

Summer Trip

Pleasant stay for the most part. Condo located on the third floor meant climbing four flights due to elevated homes. Tough getting everything up upon arrival. Plenty of free parking in the Condo lot. Outside shower was nice for removing sand. Beaches were decent, though small. Wave action rough, making entry and exit tough. Rip tides prevalent, so need to check weather daily to see if safe. Only two days had warnings over two week stay. Used those days for trips to Wilmington & Wrightsville. Both charming places. Wilmington's River Walk is fun with a host of eateries to choose. Lot's of shops and antique dealers to visit, if inclined. Wrightsville beaches are impressive, large with clear water for swimming. Town is a bit upscale, which was nice. Aquarium at Fort Myers was fun. Not too costly and filled with interesting exhibits. Worth the trip! Lots of places to eat in all the towns, including Carolina Beach. Also, there's an amusement park in CB, although a bit pricey. Fireworks every Thursday at the amusement park. Nearby is Squiggles Ice Cream alleged to be 7th or 8th best in the USA. I thought their prices were reasonable and the selection was endless. Go to Freddies for the best pork chop on planet Earth. Their other entrees are very good, as well. Plenty of Mexican restaurants, including "The Spot", which was fabulous. 50's Diner was small, but portions huge! All in all, a great two weeks in a nice condo.

Close to the beach

Great oceanfront view. It is on the third floor which is a hike up the stairs. There were no parking passes to be found. This place was not very clean and a lot of things did not work. The dryer takes a long time to dry. There were no batteries for the tv remotes. There is no water pressure in the master bathroom sink or shower. Needs updated. Master Bed is not comfy.

Great location. Not very clean. Stained carpets and musty smelling. Bed was OK although it made a lot of noise if you moved. We were given the wrong entry code so we were not able to get in to the unit for approximately 20 minutes until they realized that we were given the wrong code and corrected that. We were asked to check in later than we were originally told because housekeeping was not finished. Thankfully, the air conditioner rocked! There were no parking passes and although we were told we had three parking spaces staff wasn’t really sure where those other spaces were.
