The condo was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The parking at this building is my only complaint. Very good chance you get blocked in if you are the first to arrive.

We found pretty much all the necessities needed in the kitchen. It was nice to have the care package with some necessities for kitchen and bath. The only thing I was expecting were some kitchen towels, but we ended up using bath towels to dry dishes. We did use the washer and dryer and dishwasher. There were some concerns that I shared with the owner already and the owner was extremely gracious for the feedback. Overall, this was a very nice condo and I would probably rent there again.

This was a beautiful location can sit on porch and see the ocean the pool was nice also. Very roomy and comfortable however the bathrooms are very outdated and i noticed when i moved living room furniture there was a lot of thick dust and under tables also. The parking is precarious but overall the access to beach and the views make it a 5 star stay.

Great place, needs a few things updated but otherwise very convenient. We liked how the door opens into the porch to get into the condo. Beds were very comfortable nice that it had linens and towels all set up and made. Kitchen was sparsely appointed. No blender.Swimming pool was nice, the only improvement there would’ve been a enclosed outside shower so you could get all the sand off before you take a shower upstairs in the room. washing machine was nice except it had a sign on it saying to use hot water only. and the stove top controls were a little iffy and it’s very challenging to read the LED numbers to set the oven. We found if you turned off the lights in the kitchen it was easier to see.A pair of scissors would be nice, and a fly swatter. Of course the parking situation was awkward as everybody else mentioned, but generally worked out OK.Overall, we were happy with the house and would rent it again.

Overpriced for what it is.

I’ll start by saying the location is fantastic. The condo is spacious. My kids loved the access to the pool. Now, parking is atrocious! You have to move for others to get out and vice versa. There’s not enough parking space for everyone. The floors were filthy; make the bottom of your feet solid black filthy. When I swept the first day I got an entire dustpan full of dog hair. I understand it’s dog friendly… but it needs to be properly cleaned between visitors. The refrigerator wasn’t clean and smelled like fish guts had been spilled inside. There’s zero soundproofing so you hear everyyyyything from the upstairs neighbors. Ours were early risers so we ended up being early risers too. There are soft spots in the floors in multiple places. Overall, we were incredibly disappointed with the condo for what we paid for a week’s stay and will definitely not stay at this location again.

Great location! We were told AFTER we rented that we were given two parking spaces and we had four cars. The dryer was broken, the kitchen light was flickering on and off, the bathtubs had stains in them, The bathroom floor had a burn mark, overall I was very disgusted

This one is a big NO

The good - the condo is in a great location and is on the first floor so you don’t have many stairs to climb, it has a very nice large covered balcony overlooking the pool and because of the dunes of course you can’t see a lot of the ocean, but that’s understandable. The condo is very nicely laid out with comfortable furnishings with plenty of room to move around. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Carolina Beach boardwalk with lots of restaurants, rides for the kids, a few shops and the famous Britts Doughnuts. That’s pretty much all the good stuff I can think of. And now the issues with the condo… we found out the hard way that the icemaker didn’t work because the refrigerator flooded with water and we spent quite a bit of time having to clean that mess up. The coffee maker didn’t work so we had to go out and buy a new one. The dryer didn’t work and we only found that out after we had washed a load of clothes so we had wet clothes all over the place. The digital numbers on the oven are so hard to read because they’re so faded out you don’t know what you’re setting the oven to. You have to share parking with people in the other condos. There are 6 bays that fit 3 cars and if you’re the 1st car in the bay and 2 other people pull in behind you then you have 2 strangers parked behind you that are staying in different condos. If you want out, you have to call or go knocking on their doors to ask them to move their cars. I paid way too much money for all of this stress.

Carolina Beach - not Oceanfront

While the room itself was clean, I would have to say that of all the places I’ve rented, and I have rented many different beachfront properties, this was probably one of my least favorites. Parking here is atrocious! Two, three bedroom condos, use a single slip, that will hold no more than three vehicles total. If you happen to be the one that gets stuck in the middle, then you may want to just be sure to bring good shoes for walking! While this is technically an oceanfront condo, there is no view of the ocean whatsoever. I could hear it if I sat outside on my balcony. That was very disappointing to me. Lastly, there appeared to be newer LVP on all the floors, however, it was laid over subflooring that needed repair and/or replacement! I do understand trying to make money with these rentals, but not at the expense of the people staying in these places, spending thousands a week to do so. I’ll look a little harder before booking next time.

Got to the house , it was poorly cleaned , smelled like vomit , had to listen to the upstairs neighbors basically almost come through the roof all night , called customer service and they were no help . We ended up leaving after a few hours and had to find somewhere else to stay due to the conditions .
