Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This property has many issues and first is no communication or response from the owner pr customer support. There was no instructions on how to get access to get the car inside the caravan park. This property is privately owned so the reception is not much interested to help or provide support. Basic stuff like handwash, toilet paper were missing. Spent the whole evening of the day I checked in to figure out how to get my car inside the caravan park, tried to contact over email, phone and WhatsApp and no one ever bothered to respond. Listing says swimming pool access is free but the leisure center denied and I had to pay 50 pounds for the entire duration of stay to access the swimming pool. This should have been mentioned in the listing as I overpaid. Please avoid this property to save your holiday experience.
