Rim Retreat is a charming Tahoe Vista cabin set on a quiet, pine-lined street with pocket lake views. Featuring a fully remodeled kitchen and bathroom, knotty pine accents, an attached one-car garage, and a spacious front deck with a propane BBQ, the home offers comfort and classic Tahoe appeal. Available for both vacation rentals and ski leases. Guests can conveniently access hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and other recreational activities at the North Tahoe Regional Park - with it's kids play structure, ball fields, disc golf course, tennis and basketball courts, and more.

Upper Level: The upper level features two bedrooms and 1 hall bathroom (remodeled)

Main Level Level: The main level is where the kitchen, living room, dining room, 1 bedroom, front deck with BBQ, and hall bath is located.

Lower Level: Offers the single car garage and mud room area.

All vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Great "home base" for a weekend

We were spending a weekend at Palisades and this cottage was a perfect place to stay - very close in proximity and with beautiful scenery. It was also spacious and had plenty of sleeping arrangments for everyone.
