Emplacement idéal, maison à rafraichir

Maison au pied de la plage de Ty Bihan, avec une vue magnifique. Toutefois la maison aurait besoin d'être rénovée et modernisée: refaire la cuisine et les sanitaires, changer les sols, repeindre les murs et revoir la décoration.

emplacement idéal mais intérieur à rénover…

cette charmante maison bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal et l’agence interhome de Carnac qui gère ce bien et hyper agréable et très disponible. Cependant l’intérieur de cette maison est dans son jus et n’a pas bénéficié d’une rénovation depuis, à mon avis plusieurs dizaines d’années. Malgré notre son emplacement idéal, notre séjour a été gâché, par cette maison, vétuste laissé dans son jus, louer par un propriétaire que je qualifierais de « voyou » qui veut gagner de l’argent, mais refuse absolument de faire le moindre frais dans son bien, L’électricité est vétuste le chauffage inexistant. Si vous avez le malheur de vous en servir, vous disjoncter l’installation. En résumé si vous venez pour être à la plage, la maison est idéalement située mais dès que vous êtes dans l’habitation, son état frise l’indécence à louer en connaissance de cause…

Bien située mais aurait besoin d’un coup de neuf tant en. Qui concerne les meubles que le sol et les peintures heureusement 2 poêles neuves

Emplacement idéal, entretien désastreux

Villa ancienne idéalement située mais... entretien catastrophique, poussières partout, moisissures partout, odeurs d'humidité partout, même en ayant réservé 2 mois à l'avance, aucun nettoyage ???? Même pas un tapis de bain au pied de la baignoire, même pas un petit déodorant maison à 99cts !!!!!! Rentabilité maximale un point c'est tout. Et un gros trou avec des barrières en plein milieu du jardin ???? Heureusement que nous n'avions pas nos petits enfants avec nous !!!!

une maison que nous louons chaque année, toujours besoin d'énorme rafraichissement a l'intérieur, cette année les fourmis étaient de la partie... dur de dormir avec... manque un robinet a l'extérieur pour rincer les pieds. emplacement idéal! nous reviendrons quand même en espérant comme chaque année une prise de conscience du propriétaire

situation privilégiée mais difficultés a faire les repas poêles non adaptées plaque de cuisson vaisselles vieillotes quand on est arrive poubelle qui degueulait car les plagistes la remplisse ne pas la laisser sur le trottoir

Lage am Strand war top; Wasser und Strand super ! Aber : Blick zum Meer nur an 19:00 bis 9:00 möglich. Ansonsten durch parkende PKW versperrt. Am Wochenende zudem ca 2.500 Fahrzeuge täglich. Grundstück ungepflegt; Kriegsbunker wird verwendet um Gartenabfälle zu lagern. Gartenmöbel veraltet, runtergewirtschaftet und gehören auf den Sperrmüll. Innenausstattung runtergewirtschaftet und 50 Jahre alt. Elektroartikel ok; TV sehr klein und nur analog. Geschirr zusammengewürfelt, angeschlagen, etc.

SEJOUR DU 4 AU 11 JUILLET

C'était notre 2ème séjour dans cette location Emplacement idéal surtout avec petits enfants. En revanche, la maison a besoin d'une bonne rénovation intérieure. Problème d'eau chaude pour douche et cuisine. Aspirateur inutilisable. Vu le prix de la location pour une semaine, je pense qu'un kit vaisselle, par exemple serait utile. Idem pour le papier WC. Propreté générale et surtout la vaisselle à revoir !

maison en bord de mer

Tres belle situation et belle vue pour un sejour plage a Carnac. La maison meriterait d'etre renover un minimum a l'interieur ( sanitaires et cuisine) et la decoration réactualisée. Un ou deux grands parasols ne seraient pas de trop pour pouvoir profiter du jardin quand il fait beau.
