Enjoy an elegant and central accommodation. This peaceful house, located close to beaches and shops within walking distance, is spacious and equipped with high-end furniture, quality bedding, a terrace with garden furniture including a table, garden lounge and parasol, as well as private parking and a secure gate. You have two bedrooms, including a master suite, a double living room, a chef's kitchen with central island, and a garden lounge.



The house is situated in the famous Saint-Colomban district, a charming fishing village. The oyster beds are just five minutes away on foot, as are the beaches and shops. The house is semi-detached with another holiday home.



Upstairs, two bedrooms are at your disposal:

- Red room: two 80x200 cm beds with high-end bedding and one 160x200 cm bed.

- Coral room: one 160x200 cm bed with high-end bedding.



The quality bedding guarantees you a restful sleep. A supermarket is five minutes away on foot, ideal for shopping, and the beaches are 800 meters away, accessible by foot or by bike.
