Pleasant 120 m² house with enclosed garden. It consists of an entrance with storage leading to a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, electric oven, refrigerator). Utility room with washing machine, refrigerator, freezer. Living room with French windows opening onto terrace and garden, TV, DVD, radio. Independent WC with hand basin. Ground floor bedroom with 140 bed, TV and adjoining shower room. Upstairs, relaxation area on the landing, a bedroom with 140 bed + single bed, a bedroom with 160 bed, bathroom. Independent WC.

Barbecue - 2 parking spaces including garage.
