or entrance by main door with corridor leading to the bedroom including a bed of 140x190 and two bunk beds of 90x190, with skylight, cupboard and storage chest,
Bathroom with bathtub and wardrobe, washing machine, separate toilet,
Living room dining room kitchen dishwasher set, with two-seater sofa bed, ... if little snoring in master bedroom.... with cupboard and wardrobes. Terrestrial TV, no box, no wifi.
Glazed French window on terrace + awning and curtains.
Private terrace 24m2 with garden furniture, facing south facing the sea.
1 free parking space on the private land behind the residence, 5 meters from the storeroom, very convenient unloading.

Excellent property and location

We had a very lovely stay in this apartment. Excellent location close to beach, shops, restaurants, safe off-street parking, and authentic Breton apartment style. Very responsive owner, who was very good with local advice and welcoming. Highly recommend!
