Location idéalement placée, assez bien équipée. Odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bains avec toilettes. Manque d’un parasol adapté sur le balcon pour se protéger du soleil. Parking très pratique. Eclats de verre dangereux sur le sol du balcon et de l’appartement

Un très bel emplacement...mais attention

Nous louons cet appartement depuis 2 ans, et depuis notre première location, nous sommes confrontés à des problèmes de mauvaises odeurs intenables dans la salle de bain. On pensait que pour cette année, le problème serait réglé. Ce n'en est rien. Ce très fort désagrément n'est pas réglé et s'est très largement amplifié. Nous avons dû acheter des produits, sans effets et non remboursés à ce jour. Ce problème est vraiment très dommageable tant l'appartement est correct et très bien situé.

Accueil parfait. Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé. Ville très agréable. Séjour mémorable. Mais remontée des sanitaires. Odeur nauséabonde dans l appartement. Obligation de garder la porte des WC fermée. Pensez à founir des deodorisants. TV trop petite.
