Okay but needs a little attention

The hotel was "okay" but there was an overall sense that things were not kept up well (towels with threadbare spots, spider webs in stairwells, in the dining room along windowsills, etc.).

Pictures don’t accurately depict the property and rooms. It’s an older hotel. I think maybe it depends on the room you get. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We were offered to move, but the option to move wouldn’t have provided enough beds for 6 of us. It was a quick one night stop over for travel, so we made it work. Breakfast was ok. All of the windows need cleaned. We got what we paid for. Not sure about the other reviews and pictures. The staff did make effort to provide air fresheners also and were kind.

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s always good. This last stay however, the morning breakfast was not kept up. No coffee cups, no bagels, no yogurt, etc. This is not common, perhaps someone called off but thought I’d mention it in case it was something else.

We needed some more towels and I went to the desk twice and called once. We needed to meet someone for lunch at 9 o’clock.. the front desk person called the housekeeping and told him that we needed towels and when my husband walked by, he saw some towels in the housekeeping area,and grabbed them, but they looked surprise. Seemed as though even though they were told we needed them it wasn’t their first priority. There was some trash around the sidewalks just a few things that needed to be picked up and the pond right by the entrance is really gross. They should just fill it in with dirt and plant some cause they don’t use the fountain. Smoking is the entrance of the hotel, but should be moved away from the front door because when I walked in at first, it was real musty smelling what are you do The rooms were clean and the breakfast had many options.

The room was okay but the ACÁ was very loud and they leave the lights outside the room on all night, the blinds in the windows let a lot of light in. The place needs an iPad ate and maintenance. Overall it’s okay, but not a 5 star
