Welcome to this new house steps away from Carlton and Jay Cooke State Park. Inside, guests find two spacious bedrooms featuring a king bed and a queen bed, perfect for a restful night. Living space invites conversations around the large table, the open-kitchen island, and the couch near electric fireplace. Two full bathrooms. Upstairs TV room is carpeted and cozy with a large L-shape couch for additional sleep space. Walk across the street from the front door and you're IN the park - which boasts many beautiful trails year-round (groomed for tracked cross country skiing) as well as the iconic walking bridge over the St Louis river. The paved Munger bike trail - 400m away - leads across a revived railroad bridge into Carlton for bookstore browsing, a coffee or ice cream, or a delicious meal at the StreetCar restaurant. Spirit Mountain and West Duluth are 15 minutes away via I35, where many more delicious restaurants, breweries and recreation opportunities await. Back in the Jay Cooke neighborhood you'll find a pickleball court, an apple orchard, and basketball court a block away - there really is something for everyone!
