The room was clean, though far away from all amenities. They charged a $38/day parking fee, which was not disclosed on booking. Poolside bar/restaurant was closed.

Easy access to Legoland, must exit the park before closing to use hotel gate. Bathroom floor was dirty and nightstands were sticky and needed to be cleaned. Other than that it is a great property. The Cove pool and bar were great. The kids loved the water slide but it closed at 5pm.

Very nice resort, very good service, nice amenities and great views. I would have rated higher however the towels in room had stains that ruined the experience from being perfect. Aside from that, still a very nice resort would consider staying again.

The soundproofing was extremely poor—I could clearly hear the movie sounds coming from the room next door, and I could hear steps from the room upstairs. The noise made it very difficult to rest.

The stay was great, the only thing I preferred was 2 queen beds, they gave me 1 queen and 1 sofa bed which was OK but preferably I wanted 2 queens. anyway, 5 star for sure, maybe what they can do to improve service if to offer daily cleaning service rather than every other day.

Had a wonderful time at the resort and will say again. Morning and Day shift staff at front desk were all spectacular. All staff that worked around and about the rooms were also spectacular, friendly and helpful. Pools were great, hot tubs were perfect. A lot of things to do, our kids had fun the entire time.
