Shouldn't charge for early check in. Seems like the resort made me wait until exactly almost 4:00 PM to check in, which was annoying. I understand if rooms aren't ready, but it seems like rooms were ready.

The castle hotel had great staff. They were welcoming and always there to support any additional needs as it arise. Each time I reached out they were there to help. The room was clean and organized.

We had a fun time at the resort and park. I feel the disappointing part was the lack of good dinner options…. Everything seemed more on the unhealthy side. Also, it was my daughter’s birthday and she felt that Disneyland made her feel more special on her day.

Stay at the castle hotel instead

We got food poisoning- once from each restaurant. We should’ve learned the first time but then decided to try the other restaurant because bricks is supposed to be good… food poisoning there too. Generally dirty in our room, needs a good deep clean. Staff was great except for one was quite rude. Quite a few ‘out of order’ signs around the hotel. Arcade game stole $5 and when we told a staff member, they sent us off to find another staff member which we never found so just ate it. My son loves Legos so this was still a great stay- but would definitely try castle hotel instead next time. Food there was good, and they look more clean and new.

We got a second floor room and the elevators were down upon our arrival had to bring all our belongings and 2 toddlers up two flights of crowded stairways as all guests were forced to move trough floors via stairs staff was trying to help everyone but it was first come first serve we had to wait for the rest of our luggage until the elevators were back in operation and this took about 3 hours from our stay
