This place was safe and clean and conveniently located to many places to eat. It's a little close to the freeway, but I didn't really notice it. The staff was friendly. My main issue was the odd room-cleaning. We would leave for a little while in the morning, come back in the afternoon after the room was serviced, and all of our towels would be gone, but no new ones would be delivered. Each day, we had to go asking around for towels, which is small, but kind of annoying. Also there was nowhere to hang said towels in the bathroom.

I truly tried to only leave positive reviews, but this one was a tough one. The freeway noise was terrible and I know that’s out of the owners control, but it’s awful. The pillows are the worst quality that I’ve ever slept with. I would think about upgrading those. The lotion and the body wash/shampoo were out. Parking seemed a little sketch. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again.

I didn't use the Laundry. Front desk people were very nice. The rooms were cleaned every day. I’ll be back!!! Thank you, l was low on money and was worried about bad people. Customers and staff were friendly. I even left the maids $20, not much butleas getting broke. Thank you Brad Gelber

The location of this hotel is so convenient for anyone who wants to spend time at the Village Faire in Carlsbad or needs to be close to Camp Pendleton. It's also a 5 min walk to a neighborhood park. The staff is so nice and welcoming every time I stay here. This place has become my go to hotel when I'm in the area.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained with fresh linens, and the property overall was well cared for. Despite being busy, it was surprisingly quiet and easy to get a good night’s sleep. The staff was also helpful and knowledgeable about nearby restaurants when I asked for recommendations.
