6/10 Okay

So the hotel itself was nice, clean and pleasant. Staff was helpful. Only thing I have a complaint about is the pullout bed. We got a suite since we are a family of 5 the pullout bed was terrible the mattress was literally like 2 inches wide. My son ended up sleeping on the floor since the pullout was super uncomfortable he could feel the springs, and the pillows were hard as well. Other than that our stay was nice.

Stayed in a suite, it was the largest room (and cleanest) of my roadtrip. It was convenient to the national park on the way out of town, but wrong side of town from the dining and shopping options.

Booked this hotel for the use of the pool for our children on Fourth of July weekend so they had a fun time, unfortunately the pool was closed in the middle of the summer. So we checked out early. I have yet to hear from the property manager to let us know if we can get a refund for the night NOT used. Don’t include the pool in your listings if we can’t use it.
