The home features 2 queen bedrooms, each with a dedicated workspace, along with 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, garage parking, and access to a heated community pool. Thoughtfully designed for both productivity and relaxation, the space provides a calm, functional environment in a charming beach town setting, just moments from the ocean and all that Carlsbad has to offer. No A/C fans are provided.
